Payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, our guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. Inaddition, guests will be required to confirm identity as well as pay for a $35 Damage protection or $500 securIty deposit. This is in case there is any damageto the property during your stay.
Cancellations made before 60 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus any applicable fees. Cancellations made between 31 – 60 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, minus any applicable fees. Cancellations made less than 30 days will not receive a refund.
Late cancellations may result in a partial refund, subject to our discretion and the circumstances.
We do not allow pets in our vacation home.
We welcome children to our accommodation and provide a high chair. For an extra fee, we can provide other equipment, such as pack-n-play, and baby gate. Please contact us for further details.
Check-in time is from 4 pm, and check-out time is by 10 am. Please adhere to these timings to ensure a smooth turnover for incoming guests.
